Terms of Use

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use TorCyte. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@aivantor.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. Acceptable use

TorCyte is a shared learning system: content some users contribute can shape what the model knows for everyone. Because of that, we hold contributions to a high standard. You agree that you will not upload, submit, link to, or otherwise provide any material that:

• is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or that promotes violence or discrimination;
• is sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate, or that depicts or exploits minors;
• infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, or other right of any third party (see section 3);
• contains malware, or is intended to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to any system; or
• you do not have the lawful right to share for this purpose.

3. Intellectual property and copyright

You must only submit content that you own or are otherwise legally permitted to share. When you provide a URL, document, or other material to TorCyte, you represent and warrant that doing so does not infringe anyone's copyright or other rights.

If you believe your work has been used on TorCyte in a way that infringes your copyright, contact us at hello@aivantor.com with enough detail to identify the material, and we will review and act on valid notices, which may include removing the material and terminating repeat infringers.

4. Knowledge contributions

If you opt in to contribute knowledge (for example, by sharing a link for the model to study), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to fetch, process, and learn from that material so it can improve the shared model. Contributions are treated as evidence, not fact, and are recorded with provenance for audit and removal. Opting in is voluntary and you can opt out at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how contributions and consent are handled.

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor on the cycle shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period unless required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms — in particular the acceptable-use and intellectual-property requirements in sections 2 and 3. Serious or repeated violations, including submitting inappropriate or copyright-infringing material, may lead to permanent termination. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Disclaimers and liability

TorCyte is provided "as is". It is an experimental cognitive system and its output may be incomplete or incorrect; do not rely on it as professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Questions? Email hello@aivantor.com.
